• If time allows, Moondance will travel to your locale for an additional fee.

       *In order to reserve time for appointments, it is necessary to phone and schedule in advance.

        If our therapists are with clients, the answering machine will pick up. We prefer not to interrupt a session in progress.

        Please leave a detailed message (date & time, length of session, how many persons)

        and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

       *At times, cell phone reception is very "challenging" in our valley.  There have been moments when we do not receive            the entire phone number to call you back. We apologize ahead for this inconvenience.

CANCELLATIONS

       Everyone's time is important. . ,  We respectfully request that if you are unable to keep your appointment,    kindly notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to contact "wait-list" people within

                   reasonable time frame. Thank you for understanding this.
